i just bought a new graphics card and followed the instructions and put it in the desktop, but when i turn my computer on windows doesnt start up. i attempt the start up repair but it still doesnt worki. i'v tried restoring but nothing. i removed the new graphics card and put the old one bck in but it still doesnt work can anyone help??????

I'v tried safe mode but it still wont start up and i'v tried to restore it to the last known configuration but that still wont work, i'v tried repairing windows using the windows disk but that still wont work.....any ideas of what i can do?
