Display stuck at Boot up[URGENT!!!!]

hi,
i have just bought Gpu sapphire 6670 1gb dr3, and mother board is gigabyte ga-g31m-es2l
power supply is 450w
but the problem when bootup from gpu then at bootup, its stuck after 1 or 2second of start up..
Please help me urgent...

follow every step

- 1)Remove the gpu , plug monitor cable to mobo's onboard output

2)start pc - go to device manager - display - uninstall whichever drivers is

3)restart pc - put gpu back


or

1)go to bios settings - set primary display device to PEG OR PCI E or you have an Option "Primary Graphics Adapter" and you want to set it to PCIE->PCI->IGP.

or

1)Update your bios to latest

or

1)go to BIOS and switch from uefi to Legacy mode



1)update your mobo drivers

or

1)make sure you have connected vga or dvi cable from GPU to monitor not onboard on mobo to monitor

update.
Bro, I changed settings,
Init Display First: PEG
Onboard VGA Enables: "Always on" and also tried with "Enable If No Ext PEG"
But there is still nothing, balnk display,
Without GPU display works,
But after installing gpu nothing show on....
Please help bro :'( :(
