My hard drive constantly spin when my computer is idle. I disabled auto defrag index and system restore. It stop for a few days then it started back up again I deleted temp files and it stop again but after I finish surfing the web for a while it starts up again I don't want to have to keep deleting temp files and rebooting the comuter evry time I finish surfing the web wich is often. Any ideas will be greatly appriciated
