Hi i am considering building a computer and i stumbled upon a Thermal take V4 black case that comes with a 500W PSU

It was a great deal for a cheap price but im not sure if the PSU will actually work with the GTX 650 Ti boost

Thanks to anyone who helps

Solution

the 650Ti requires one 6pin PCIe connector, the supplied 500W has one 6Pin and will be enough for the 650Ti, that being said, i dont recommend a bundled PSU that comes along with a case, its always better to buy some other good PSU from Seasonic, Corsair etc, moreover, it has an amperage of 29A (14A on rail 1 and 15A on rail2) which is quite low considering its a 500W unit

i believe this is the CASE + PSU Bundled : http://www.thermaltake.com.au/products-model.aspx?id=c_00001615

Thank you for the quick answer, but now that you have suggested that i should not get the bundle what would be a good case and PSU to run my 650 ti boost

The case is good, that is if you can get the case without the bundled PSU, any 450W 80+ Bronze Certified PSU will be enough (eg. Corsair CX 450W)

What is your Budget? in what currency? and which online retailer do you prefer? give me those and ill help you out
