My Computer won't turn on after i installed a new Graphics card

I was in the middle of using my computer 3 days ago,while i using it and play some game, it suddenly turned off and i can't turn it on.I tried to open the CPU then removed the Graphics Card from it then i plug the monitor to the Chipset and walla
it turned on...i can't use my computer with the graphics card so i can't play any game with the chipset.oh,i tried to install the graphics card to my other computer but it won't turn on either.

Spec. :
Intel Pentium Dual CPU E2180 @ 2.00 GHz

2 GB of Ram,Win 7 32 Bit

Was Nvidia 6200 GeForce
Now Intel G33/G31 Express Chipset Family

You've gotta go into the bios and change it from using the onboard gpu to the dedicated one. It might be called PCIe/PEG.

when the computer cant turn on at all (no lights, nothing happens when power button turns on) means theres a short circuit somewhere, and if removing the GFX fixes this, then you need to return the GFX to the manufacturer as it is faulty. It could also be that the power cables for the GFX are causing the short circuit so i recommend testing that with an ohmmeter.

umm,my first computer (spec is up there) and the other one have the same PSU 230V AC (450Watt ?),could the PSU also the culprit ?
