I have decided to make this rig. Here's my wishlist: http://www.amazon.com/gp/registry/wishlist/IOVE5X6Q4M85/ref=topnav_lists_1

I want a budget gaming PC and I love the performance of AMD at budget. So I guess I'll keep it approximately $600.

CPU: AMD FX6300
GPU: Powercolor ATI Radeon HD 7770 1GB DDR5
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB)
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-970A
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB
PSU: Corsair Builder Series CX 600Watt
ODD: Asus internal 24x SATA DRW-24B3ST/BLK/G (Black)
Cab: Thermaltake V3 Black AMD Gaming Mid tower

Please rate this out of 100.

Q1. Will this have any bottleneck issues?
Q2. Will this run games like Crysis 1,2,3, Mafia 2, Battlefield 3, Assasins Creed 3, GTA IV with ENB series, Halo series, Blur, Dirt 3, NFS MW2, Call Of Duty Black Ops 2, NFS The Run etc. in 1280 x 1024 resolution in HD in highest settings?
Q3. Amazon.com says that shipping is free. Does that mean that the customs and duties will also not be charged? So price payed by me will be exactly the same as on the product page?

Awaiting answers for the above questions. Thank you in advance.

Well, that's out of my budget. This one is coming exactly in my budget. And it's the 6th time I have renewed my wishlist. So, each part is compatible with other parts right? And There is no bottleneck issue, right?

swap that 7770 for a 7850 or if possible, one of 'em 7900 series.
for the hdd, have you checked WD? they're a bit cheaper than the seagate.
for the optical drive, you could just grab a cheap one from a pc store. probably for $10. if you have an old one lying around, reuse it. most stuff is available for download nowadays.

crysis 3 highest setting? no way, esp with a 7770. as mentioned above, halo is for xbox, 'cept for 1 and 2.

OK. Having done that, this is coming out to be somewhat $660 without a monitor. Now only a christmas present can give me that. I seriously am running out of budget. But I guess after a year, this thing would be like a medium-high gaming PC. Right? And will it be future proof, if I plan it to buy next year?

No, you won't make a build future proof by waiting until next year or any year. It's a myth. The thing is buying a rig a few months from now really isn't going to have a drastic effect on how long you keep your system for. Overpaying for a part for a very marginal performance increase does not make it so either. New hardware is always going to be coming down the pike and you can't stop that something that comes out is always going to be slightly better than what's out now. In my opinion the only way to ensure a build's longevity is to upgrade it and evolve it as you go along. Don't limit the hardware you're able to buy.
