Im trying to install windows 7 on the computer I just built. The only problem is, I cannot get any output to my screen. How do I install my operating system if I have no screen? I did put my video card into the computer, but how do I use it without installing it... I've read in places that you do have some kind of a default screen(usually 640x400) I am not getting this.

Other stuff
VGA screen (thats the blue port right?)
It is an old dell screen. It sometime says "entering power save mode" Is it doing this because its broken or is it my computer?

My build(In case I made an error with compatibility)

VGA EVGA|512-P3-1311-KR GF210 512M
CPU AMD|ATH II X4 640 3.0G AM3 R
HDD 500G|ST ST500DM002 7.2K 16M %
DVD BRN ASUS | DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS%
SOUNDCARD CREATIVE| AUDIGY SE %
MB ASROCK|970DE3/U3S3 770 AM3+ R
MEM 4Gx2|GSKILL F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL

I need to figure this out before my 30 day return ends. thanks!

Im very new. When you say installing drivers Do you mean the install cd for my gpu or windows 7 or both.
My graphics card seems to have no power cable plug-in. Is this just because its cheap and low power.
I also do not know what you mean by "listening for the beep" (first build)
Thank you for helping

Try both outputs from your videocard, one at a time. Your monitor and videocard have both the D-sub 15 (blue 15 pins)
and a DVI connector (white one).
If that doesnt work, connect your monitor to another computer to see if it works. Don't get a working screen, probably a dead monitor. Does it work on the other computer, try another monitor (friend/family) on your computer.
