I am upgrading my pc. I have an acer veriton m420. I am getting a new mobo. 8 gb 1600 ram, a phenom ii x4 965 black edition cpu, radeon sapphire 7850 graphics card ad a 00 watt psu. Will this meet the requirements of windows 7 64 bit?
