they are saying ASROCK is somehow slow and low quality.. im not so sure with that statement though I can suggest you to have a look through BIOSTAR motherboards... you might find what suits you best!

I am actually using Biostar Hi-Fi A85W, yeah its cozy! but i can tell you its worth the price, it reproducts high quality of sound for your pc and the graphics performs high resolution which not all APUs gives integrated graphics!

I agree with Novuake .q9650 is Outdated & it uses old Techs so it wont cover your needs that much . you will probably gonna have bottleneck & high heat due to old arch of that CPU .

& about quality boards . i can suggest ASUS , GIGA , MSI ... havnt used Asrock & Biostar is not that gd . my frnds werent so satisfied with them .

just go for phenom II OR if you can get Intel GEN 3 CPu it will be perfect . even non K or budget ones will do . very low heat + no Bottleneck

by the way . dont leave the case behind . you gonna need a good airflow & enough space for your hardwares to operate safely .
