I'd download the "GForce Experience" program on Nvidia's site. It looks to see what kind of parts you have in your PC, then based on that it selects the best settings for specific games its compatible with to give you the optimal experience for that game. Works very well so for for me so far. It updates its game profiles regularly, it will also download and install the latest Drivers for your GPU if you want it to.
