I was playing Far Cry 3 today. The settings are a mix of high and ultra, whatever the game set optimal for. I was getting temps of 78 degrees on the gpu (asus gtx 670 v2) when its not overclocked and 73 degrees on the cpu, an i5-3570k with stock cooler and not overclocked. Ambient room temp is 23 degrees. My case is an msi interceptor stealth series. My psu is facing down if that helps at all. Also my fans are all set to auto. My gpu idles at 30 degrees and the cpu is at 35 degrees.

If i were you, I would buy a Hyper 212 Evo for your CPU. Your gpu seems okay. Ummm.. its a little hot... I recommend buying 2 120mm fans, and adding them to your sidepanel door on the mounting points as push fans. They will push colder air from outside straight on to your gpu which will help!

If i move my computer further away from the wall, its about 10cm away from it, will that have a significant improvement on cooling? And my cables are very messy, they pretty much block any airflow from the front intake fan. Can you recommend any guides on cable management.
