Games Shutting down while playing

Hi , i bought a new gaming rig this may and when i tried to play games such as Batman Arkham City , Battlefield 3, Tomb Raider , Sleeping Dogs and Darksiders 1 and 2 , its automatically closing. it will let me play for 2-3 hours but after that , the game will shut down automatically without any error message. my graphics card are up to date. ive already rated my pc. i went from windows 7 ultimate 32bit to a windows 7 ultimate 64 bit but the issue is still the same. my pc is well ventilated , no heat issue. cables are intact and issue is still happening. im really upset and so helpless right now :'(

please help me guys! all the tech's out there , please help me.

Board:Asus P8h77 M-LE
GPU: Palit GTX 650 Ti OC edition 1gb ddr5
Ram: Kingston Hyper X Blu 4gb
PSU:Cooler Master Thunder 620w Modular

Fan:3 intakes of Cooler Master Sickle Flow edition

1 exhaust stock fan

I'd normally have you check for heating issues (you should still look into it) for GPUs. However, another potential issue is your "factory" OCed card. A lot of games behave poorly with OCed cards (factory or manual). For instance, the frostbyte engine is very sensitive to "timings" so that might be the issue.

One way to test it is to lower you clocks and see if your games shutdown. If they don't, you've found your issue.
