I am in pretty desperate need of a headset and i have narrowed it down to these two. which is the better buy?

I like the fact that the rosewill ones are a little cheaper but they are 5.1 (which i've read make little difference). The vibration appears to be gimmicky but I have no idea. The Plantronics pair are 7.1 and are over-ear and look more "comfy" but are 10 bucks more.
