First of all, I own a cm6870 Asus prebuilt computer. Heres a screenshot:

My question is:
Can i remove the other graphic card that it has and put the new one I bought in it.Or I can only run both at same time and there is no option of removing and replacing.

whatever the case maybe, I bought 650 WATTS v2 corsair psu. Will that be enough?

I bought a GTx 670 graphic card.

Please let me know if there is anything I need to be concerned.

You can't use both GPUs at the same time unless your old one is also a GTX 670. On the off chance that your old card is a GTX 670, then please do let us know -- but I doubt it very much just based on what you've said and the picture attached to your post. :)

Just pull out the old card (making sure to unscrew/unfasten the anchor at the top of the case's slot). Then push in the new card where the old card was, making sure it's snug in the slot, and plug in the relevant power plugs -- and you're off to the races. It wouldn't hurt to uninstall your old GPU drivers before you physically install the new card.
