What graphics card should I get when 700 series comes out

I've been hearing that the gtx 780 is not going to be like the 680 that is out now. I heard that it is going to be like the titan and is going to be pricey. So my first guess is that the 770=680 as of right now. Please can someone correct me if I'm wrong because maybe out of the blue the 760ti is going to be equal to the 680. I am confused and I know I won't know for sure until the cards come out but if anyone has a rumors please help me. I'm a noob:??:

The 770 is going to be a 680 rebranded its not speculation, Nvidia unveiled it in china with specifications.http://wccftech.com/nvidia-geforce-gtx-780-official-specifications-chart-unveiled/

Tom's has posted a few articles about the 760-780 cards coming out. It's still technically speculation since they haven't been officially released, but the pics/data seem to confirm that the 760ti will be equivalent to the 670, 770 equivalent to the 680, and 780 based on the titan, but not quite as powerful ($500-600).
