these are my system specs:
palit gtx 680 jetstream 2 gb
i3-3220 3.3 ghz
6 gb ram
p8 h61 mlx r2.0
I recently bought the palit gtx 680 and have been experiencing problems with it.the problems are as follows:

1)according to the resourcs in in the net my version of the gpu at idle should be running below 10 degrees celsius but mine is running at 40-44 degrees celsius and while playing games like sleeping dogs at the highest settings soares up to 93 degrees celsius.

2)the cutscenes in every game i tested with my gtx 680 is running slow and is lagging behind but the gameplay is fast even with all the settings maxed out.

So these are my problems, any solution or suggestion would be greatly helpful to me!!

well your card is running under high stress for sure and way over normal temperatures, idle should be around 10 degree and even under heavy load it should not exceed 70 to 75 degree, have you overclocked your card manually or used some software for it, what about your case cooling??
