Old HP Desktop won't turn on

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=03Ul-d8UG7Y

It started back in December, I got home at 130 am and it was completely frozen (no ctrl alt del, etc, would work), the time on the screen was 10:30pm so it had been like that for about 3 hours, I used to just leave it on 24/7. For about an hour it kept freezing up like that within a few minutes of restarting so I tried to format it from the secondary drive and this (youtube video) happened. Money's tight so I can't afford a new pc at the moment. Thanks for reading, any help is greatly appreciated.

  1. The amber/blue combination usually can be traced back to a power supply problem. Here's HP's guide to troubleshoot that http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=bph06788&cc=us&dlc=en&lc=en&jumpid=reg_R1002_USEN
