Ok, I just finished building a new power rig, and everything is going fine, except 1 thing. Every so often, the screen goes blank for about 1-3 seconds. It seems to happen mostly when I am gaming but nothing is at full load so far as I can tell. the system is NOT freezing, as the sound continues, and the game play does not stop. So far as I can tell, GPU Load is usually under 50%, VRAM is relatively low as well, and CPU load is no more than 75% on any given core, 33%ish over all. Any ideas why this might be happening?

Specs:
Processor: Core i7-3770K Ivy Bridge 3.5GHz, Stock Fan
RAM: GSkill Ripjaws X 8GB single stick
Primary HD: Kingston 240GB SSD
Motherboard: ASRock H77 Pro4/MVP
Brand new Case, 600W Power Supply
Video Card: ZOTAC ZT-61201-10M GeForce GTX 650-TI BOOST 2GB
NVIDIA Drivers that came with video card, Version 314.16, PhyX 9.12.1031
MonitorA: Dell Ultrasharp 3011 30" monitor running at 2560x1600
MonitorB: Acer 22" running at 1650x1080 (ONLY Monitor A goes blank)

Solution
can you try swapping the monitors and see if B goes blank to see if it's the video card or use the same cable on B and see if it's the cable?

I tried swapping the cords, and so far the issue has not been reproduce-able. I am not sure exactly what produced the issue in the first place, so it's not a reproduce on command thing. I tried Sacred 2 on Ultra High settings for a couple hours, no issues. Tomorrow I'll try Skyrim on max settings, as I know it happened once or twice with that. I had intended on switching the cables anyway, due to the POST showing up on the smaller Monitor B instead of the primary one. I will post again if I am able to reproduce it in the morning.

well, so far it hasn't happened at all - as I am unable to reproduce the problem, I will assume the 2 DVI ports on the video card are not created equally. The Primary is for large displays, and the Secondary is for smaller aux displays. It's the only thing that makes sense - it also happens to line up with which display carries the POST data.
