m-atx for AMD gaming/htpc build

Why does it seem like there are no m-atx boards with AM3+ socket that feature hdmi, USB 3.0, and Sata III? Can anybody recommend a board that fits all of those features? The only one I've been able to find is the (discontinued) ASUS M5A88-M: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131758

Any help? Or will I have to step up to the atx size for the features I want?

Anyways, when I search through mobos on newegg, I can't seem to find any AM3+ socket boards with hdmi, USB 3.0, and Sata III. I can find boards that have some of those features, but never all of them. It makes me wonder if it has to do with a limitation of the m-atx format? Is it a power/heat issue?

You are right, we can't find the MB that has those features on it. I think it is the design for power and money issue, like the new intel Z78 which will cost more.
