You have to have the display driver installed for a lot of programs to work. Install the newest certified driver.

Sounds like driver issues.
I would do a few things. Also, I am going to write this like you are running Windows 7. I can make adjustments if you have a different copy of Windows. Also, by "AMD" drivers and AMD catalyst center, I assume you are talking about a graphics card.
1) Reboot your computer. Once it loads up and you log in, click the start button, right click on "computer," click manage and open device manager.
Expand the "Display Adapters" tab and see what you have there. It should be the graphics card you have in your system. If it says something more generic, the correct drivers are not installed.

2) Remove the AMD catalyst center through programs in the control panel.

3) Download the correct drivers for your graphics card. Sometimes Windows Update is also able to help if you don't know what card you have. If it doesn't, you can use a tool like CPU-Z to look up hardware information about your graphics card.

It says "this device is working properly", but still black screen. I tryed delete catalyst center, or delete all drivers, screen is working good, but when i install drivers, again black screen.

Yes, you can install the drivers without Catalyst.

Use a tool like 7-Zip to extract the contents of the executable to a folder whose name you will remember such as "graphics drivers".
Open device manager and install driver from folder graphics drivers.

Skype tries to use Port 80 that other programs require, you just need to close Skype then re-open it, it will appear to re-instal itself but it is just re-configuring its settings.

I'd also suggest that you only install drivers pertaining to the Distributor of the AMD product and not AMD itself.
For example if the Distributor is MSI then download from their site for the product in particular.

You should add the deatils of your hardware specs as to clarify what distributor of the products that you updated.

Use "Slim drivers" application its free. it will scan your computer for outdated drivers and installs itself via internet..I had the same black screen problem,i installed my latest 13.9 driver for my amd card via slim drivers.now its working fine.
My laptop config is intel i5 2.4ghz,4gb ram and amd 6470m.
