Will I clear the RAM with a single fan on the Evo? What about with a push/pull?

You will be fine with just two ram chips. I have almost the exact same setup. But, If I wanted to add two more ram modules, it would touch the fan. To be safe, you might want to get the low profile ram in case you ever want to add two more modules. I have mine in push pull as well.

I originally wanted lower profile ram, but they are outside my budget. Which slots do you have your two sticks of RAM in?

i have them in 2 and 4, they would fit in 1 and 3 but the just barely hit the edge of the fan.

Another question, the board I linked to says it has 1 CPU fan connector, how should I go about using push/pull with this board?

I have two fans in the front of the case drawing air in, the 212 fan on the right side pushing air to the back and one case fan on the rear pushing out of the case. Also, I have 1 140 mm fan on the top of the case, above the processor pushing air out of the case. I'm running two gtx 660's and 3570k at 4.2 and the whole thing stays really cool even on load.

That's a nice setup but I'll only be running a single EVGA 650 Ti Boost 2GB with this system and use the fans that come with the case until I get some more money. I also have one or two extra 120MM fans at my house.

Well, you will use one fan for the cpu fan connection (212 evo). You will have 3 case fan connections on the MOBO to connect other fans so the MOBO can control them. Just make sure you get fans that can be controlled if that is what you want. If you put in more, just connection them to a fan controller or just use a molex connection right to the power supply.
