The ones that you posted are not good PSUs. Get one from Antec, Corsair, Enermax, FSP, PC Power & Cooling, Seasonic, Silverstone, XFX, Be Quiet!.

I didn't say Thermaltake in general is bad. But the only PSU from Thermaltake that I would recommend are the ToughPower and TR2 models.

The TR2 and TR2-RX are among the worst power supplies on the market..........

Thermaltake and Coolermaster should be avoided.

The XFX Pro is the best power supply listed so far followed by the Corsair GS. Those are the only models I see worth considering.

Any reason why you say that the TR2 is among the worst power supplies on the market? I do agree that the TR2-RX models are terrible, but I didn't say anything about recommending it.

" Of course, the older power supplies from the TR2 series – the XP480 and the XP550 (W0070) – look least attractive of all. They are not so very bad by themselves, but their original wattage ratings were 250W and 300W, respectively, and were transformed into 400W and 430W after they were branded as Thermaltake’s products. Quite naturally, none of these power supplies can give you the specified output power. They burn out at much lower loads, although they would have received better feedback from me if Thermaltake had been more modest. As you may guess, I’m disappointed when a power supply doesn’t perform that well in my tests, but I’m just raging when I find that a power supply’s characteristics differ radically from what is specified by the manufacturer!

Thermaltake made some amends to the users with its newer TR2 series units. The specified wattage of the W0093 is overstated by only 50W, and it passed through my tests alive. When I tried to squeeze the specified output power out of it, its protection worked sooner than its transistors got burned."

That is true; I agree. The newer TR2 models are much better than some years ago. Unfortunately they still aren't good with their sub-500W PSUs. The second link article is quite old. I usually stick with reviews from Anandtech, Hardware Secrets, and JonnyGURU. This is kind of the same case with Rosewill. A lot of bad ones but they've upped it on a few of their models.
