hi guys is again me,
first, my specs:

CPU: phenom II 555 unlocked to X4 and oc 3.65GHz with hyper TX3
MOBO: ASUS m5a88 m with radeon HD4250 oc to 900MHz :p
RAM: kingston 4GB 1600 oc 1710 (cose the CPU NB OC)
PSU: thermal master "500W" 1 relay 12Vx20A (so i think it can suply at best 240W for CPU and GPU) :(
monitor: 768p widescreen
and other stuff that doesnt have sence to mention but if you want more info ask me please :)

well this is a new dilema i'm in:

right now i can buy a HD 7750 and i'm sure that my psu will support it well, it could be the gigabyte 1GHz oc ver. in like 120usd :( but here computer tech is more expensive so is the best price i can find. right now with my config i can run F.E. bioshock 2 at 720 res with like 20FPS (15 at worse), with the hd7750 will i find a much better performance? i think so, but i want your opinion, also i cant play games such as gta iv and ace combat AH cose there are texture issues so with any card improvement will this issues disappear? right

by the other hand, i could upgrade with the HD 7770, but i'm not feel sure about my psu, i can find it at a cost of like 144USD (XFX ver) so the price is not so high, also i think the gtx 650 is a good option but i dont know why people sell nvidia stuff at ridiculous prices ):
the problem with the 7770 is my PSU i dont trust it can handdle that power for more than 2 months, so i will need to buy a new psu, i can find good ones for this config in like 32usd, 48usd for 475W cooler master...
so i must spend like 176usd for the HD7770

so my question is:

is there a big difference in performance between this two cards??
i loocked at performance benchs and this two cards have the same mem speed, and the performance in games, averages as 5fps better than the HD 7750
so, does the HD 7770 worth the price (in my case that i must buy a new psu for it)??

also i will play games like fear saga, bioshock infinity, batman arkham city, gta iv (v if realice in pc), rage, emulators, farcry saga in my actual monitor res (768p)

which is the best cost-benefit for me??

thanks a lot guys

Solution
25% is a very bid performance difference and it is definitely worth it
but the thing is if u can't afford it u can't
but if u can u should buy it regular hd 7770 will also give u at least 20% boost and with a good psu u can overclock it to get way better frame rates
all in all hd 7770 is a good card even if u have to upgrade ur psu
Side-by-Side comparision 7770 vs 7750 - Look for the games you play and the resolutions.

There really is not a big power difference between them.
Toward the bottom you will see Power consumption. worse case is Metro 2033:
7750 216 Watts vs 250 Watts for the 7770.

Only question is quality of your PSU, do not think the diff in power is the question.
Currently running a i5-750 w/7770. My 12V rails = 12V1 @ 16 Amps, 12V2 @ 8 Amps and +12V3 is rated @ 4 Amps.

thanks man, i know that the difference in power between them are just 30W (7750 50W, 7770 80W), but those 30W could make the difference, i think

my psu, as i studied energy in high school, i think its ok, but it wont suply the 500W it says, and also as i said i just have one rail on 12vDC, 20A
here it is

also my phenom II is OCed, so i dont really know how much it consumes, CPUID says 160W + 80W (hd7770)= 240W (just between CPU and GPU) so i really doubt my psu can handle it

well upgrading the PSU is a good option even if i get the HD7750, and of course i can afford it even more powerful cards but the point, for me, is not to spend all i have, but use money in the most economical way, i think you're right, so i'll saving up and also try to sell my actual psu, or i could try to use it but thik is risky

ok then thanks a lot

yes waiting would be a good option as u will get a way better card and performance
as u r waiting u might wanna consider other cards like
hd 7770 > gtx 650 ti > gtx 650 ti boost = hd 7850
getting a gtx 650 ti boost or hd 7850 would give u more future proofing at ur resolution and even will do the job if u upgrade ur monitor later
it is just a suggestion hd 7770 would be good card but they would be better

FEEDBACK:

well at the end i had the oportunitity to purchase preowned CM power extreme (gen1) 500W PSU and also a a preowned HD 7770 vapor x from a builder guy who was cheated.... god bless him

the performance wouldn't be better for my 768p display.... MSI combustor GPU stress test runs at 60 FPS avarage all test (except the physx tests which runs >30<24 whit my phenom II X4 prossesor) @ 1080P... completely satisfied
