choice between two laptops

hi everybody, i have to choose between 2 notebook.
the laptop will be used for architectural design with following software:
cad 2d - 3d
illustrator
photoshop
3d studio max
indesign
vectorworks
showcase

the two options are:

my indecision is about the vga.
in benchemark gtx670mx is better than gt 750m, but in real life with these programs?
for my job is better solution 1 or 2?

In general, the upcoming Haswell CPU has been benchmarked (preliminary) and it appears to be on average 10% more powerful than Ivy Bridge. Additionally, Haswell introduced TSX (Transactional Synchronization eXtensions) instructions which should also help improve multi-threaded application performance. The natural assumption is that the programs must be designed to take advantage of TSX. If what you want to do is CPU intensive, then you want the 2nd laptop. As stated Haswell seems to provide a decent boost for now. In the future if newer versions of those programs are released to take advantage of TSX or if a patch is released to make use of TSX, then the potential increase in performance can be a little more significant.
