Hey i recently made a thread about me wanting to upgrade my graphics card and i got quite a bit of help

Thread here: http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1681990/graphics-card-enhancement.html

I am planning on buying this card:

With this PSU:

I just wanted to know if my computer is able to be upgraded. My brother was telling me about how some cards are integrated into the computer but i'm not quite sure if mine is or not. Could anyone help?

My computer:

Solution
Please do not create double post for the same issue.

Your PC is fully upgradable. Your PC does have internal graphics on the board, but inserting a card into the PCI-e slot the onboard is disabled.

Again I don't know to much about hardware, what does it exactly mean that i wont be able to use the PCI-e slot?

You will be able to use it, its a slot where a graphics card is plugged in.
