how to correct the auto thermal shut down while playing high graphic games

If the PC is shutting itself down due to heat issues, then it is doing so to protect itself. Excess heat can destroy things like the CPU and GPU.

Download HWMonitor to help you determine what's overheating. You need to clean out any and all dust that may have built up within your PC. The thermal paste between the heatsink and CPU/GPU may have dried up and needs to be replaced.

Cool your hardware better than you are now.
Is your case sitting in an enclosed area where it can't breath?
What case is your hardware in? What hardware are you running?
If your current case only has 1 or 2 case fans and has no provision to mount more fans, you may need to consider upgrading to a new case.
If your case has places to mount more case fans, you should do so.
+1 to cpuid hwmonitor. Please post your temperatures.
