Gaming Rig and Sever - Consolidate both into 1, or keep them seperate?

I will start with the builds:

Gaming Rig:
Intel i7-3770K @ 4.5GHz
Tuniq T120 Tower Extreme CPU Cooler
ASRock Exreme4 Z77 Mobo
16GB G-Skill PC1600 RAM
256 GB Plextor SATA3 SSD
2x Western Digital Black 1TB HDD
GPU: HD7950 is being RMA'd (defective) - Getting a new NVidia 700 series or HD 7900 Series this week.
Xion AXP 700W 80+ Gold PSU (58A Rail)
LG Dvd Burner
Media card reader
NZXT Tempest Evo Arctic Camo Edition Case
Windows 7 Pro x64

Server:
AMD Phenom II 970BE @ 4.0 GHz
Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3 Mobo
8GB Corsair Vengance PC1600 RAM
90GB OCZ Vertex 2 SSD
2TB Western Digital Green (Movies)
1.5TB Western Digital Green (Games, Music, Pics)
XFX Radeon 6780 1GB DDR5 GPU
Rocketfish 700W 80+ Bronze PSU (used to work at BBY)
2x LG DVD burners
Media card reader
NZXT Phantom 410 Case (white)
Windows 7 Ult x64

The machines both run perfectly. The one issue I may run into is the Media Server being directly connected to the TV via HDMI. It is a cloned display for the TV and one of my three Asus 1080P Gaming monitors for my gaming rig. My gaming rig runs Eyefinity (occasionally) and extended display. One work around is to have my HDTV hooked up to the HD4000 graphics card because the TV is only used for video playback.

So should I sell most of the parts of my server with exception to the WD Green hard drives and merge everything into one? Or am I better off keeping them both separate? There is a chance I could use the server as a secondary gaming rig when I buy a house in the next year or two but by then who knows what the tech will be like. Thanks in advance for anyone’s input, and if you have more questions let me know.

Here's a pic of the setup (sorry for the crappy quality)

I'd like to add that I need to either source additional storage by eliminating some files or purchase a new 4TB drive or something to that effect. My white Phantom 410 Case can fit another 4 hard drives in it so I'm good for space if I put all of the drives into the one tower, minus the OCZ Vertex 2 SSD. Also, if I consolidate I will likely have a few parts for sale. Is there a best place to sell used computer hardware?

I would keep both, one as main system, the second as server or backup in case the main build has issues.

The sever rig can be used as gaming rig, you will need to upgrade to a steamroller cpu when it comes out and maybe upgrade the gpu to a high-end gpu if you're going with Eyefinity-setup. Since you will upgrade to a GTX 700 gpu 780 is out for a decent price, if you compare it to the Titan - where the performance is minimal but at different price level. An overclocked 780 will outperform Titan. 770 is also an alternative however I personally would go for 770TI whenever it comes out.

If you sell the current sever system I am not sure you will get much for it.

Thanks everyone. I've been leaning towards hanging onto both machines and throwing in another 3 or 4 TB hard drive to help with video storage. When I move I will likely have both rigs side by side to facilitate a "guest gamer", typically a close friend that comes over to play some PC games once in a while.

I know. It's funny because I fell in love with my Arctic camo case originally. You can't find it anywhere so it's really originally and the cooling isn't too bad on it. My less expensive Phantom 410 is pretty mainstream now but for a good reason. The interior design is amazing for such an inexpensive case. Definitely keeping both for the time being.

I will have an extra factory sealed i7-3770K for sale soon. Anyone have a recommended place to sell it aside from eBay?
