depends on your definition of 'Good'. hd7670m is a mid-low end mobile graphic card.
It would run most games at low-mid settings, however some titles like metro or hitman absolution would be unplayable even at low.

Also depends on the types of games you play. I have a laptop with this chip, i5 2450M , 8gb ram, plays WoW and STO on Med-High settings fine at around 45-60fps, but The Witcher 2 is completely unplayable (below 10fps on low settings); this was on both the laptop 17"screen and at 1920x1080 (26" monitor). Your mileage will vary depending on the types of games you play and what settings you want to use. Don't expect BF3 or CoD to run well on this chip at anything higher than Medium settings if it'll even play at that setting. LoL also runs just fine on it on high settings.
