Sabertooth z77 or Gigabyte z77x UP4TH

Hey guys!
i need some help choosing a nice mobo
anyhow this are the mobos that i will be using for my 3570k i was wondering is the better of the two?

*i didnt choose the u5th since i dont want the wifi capability.

sabertooth z77 comes with a 8 gb corsair vengance low profile ram = $242
Gigabyte UP4-TH = $160

Depends what you need it for. Go for the one which has

most of the features you're looking for.

I'd call both of them overpriced. This will do everything you need, and also comes with the free RAM (if you are talking about Newegg, I don't see the sabertooth on the list and it's crucial RAM): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157293

actually the sabertooth is the one which has free ram,
the d3h is the same price range which is 160$ :/

obviously the extreme 4 and d3h should have their prices much lower than those but its malaysia sigh*

Probably - they are all nice boards, so it's really a question of price. You'll be happy with all of them, so just get the cheapest.
