which one am i rather off getting? for rendering and recording walking dead and other low end games.

I have always said this and will keep saying this. If you can go the AMD route and have enough cash leftover for a better GPU then the Intel rig, It will always be the better option especially since you are rendering and recording, those 2 extra cores will help with that.
