Yes. The Core i7-3770K is supported with the BIOS version the motherboard was first released with.
But you'd be better off waiting another week or two and getting a Haswell CPU and Z87 motherboard.
I'm good with the 3770k , the Haswell is about 10% more performance wish i dont care too much !
I'm goin to make a hole new build with a 660 ti OC card and 8gb ram , I'm upgrading my cpu from a c2d so the 3770k chip will be a huge jump for me , like day n night
