7870 should be a little bit fast like 5-10%.

Take the games if you like them and the GTX660
The cards are so close that it would take a benchmark to notice the difference.
It seems that today, the nvidia drivers let the cards play more consistently at the expense of higher fps. Read this:

The 7870 XT (Tahiti LE) version is comparable to the GTX 660Ti if not a bit more powerful, the normal/older 7870 (Pitcarin) is equal to the GTX 660 in performance, maybe a bit more powerful too
but how come the seller is giving Crysis 3 and Bioshock infinite with the 660, those titles are bundled with AMD cards with the Never Settle promotion, i think you should look into this

why dont you read this review on the Asus 7870 V2, its slower than the 660Ti but still a very good performer, it should be on par with the 660, personally, id get the 660 if its cheaper and since it comes with 2 free games

The 7870 and 660 run neck and neck, within 5% in fps
Frame latency is another issue.
As ya can see here the 660 Ti and 7950 are a close match in fps
