Where are Southbridge and Northbridge located on GB z77x UD3h?

Well HWMonitor shows high temperatures on Northbridge, and I've read somewhere that I should replace thermal paste there. Problem is I don't know which cooler is which. I unscrewed both blue coolers and 1 of them has some kind of tape. Can someone tell me where are those coolers located on the mobo?
Here is the picture of the motherboard: http://www.globalpc.co.nz/prodimages/mb08147.jpg

On the GA-Z77X-UD3H it appears to be the CPU socket.

How high temperatures are we talking about?
Intel changed things a few years ago. They chopped the Northbridge in half, putting one part of it into the CPU, and the other half of it into the Southbridge, which is now usually just called the chipset. And that's the big blue heatsink on the left in your image.

The blue heatsink next to the CPU covers part of the VRMs. There is no Northbridge in Ivy Bridge-based systems.

Well thing is HWMonitor shows high temps in something called TMPIN2, people say its northbridge. Well thing is that little blue near CPU doesn't have thermal paste it has some tape and the big blue down left has the paste. Should I change the paste and the tape? The tape on my heatsink looks good though..

Well since the water went into my pc few days ago, the cpu which was running about 35 degrees now varies alot - when I boot the pc it is around 45-50 and when I play a game it goes up to 70, while the "TMPIN2" when I boot up is around 50 degrees, and when I play a game it goes up to 80 and it even went to 90 once...

Well thanks for all the answers you gave me! Since that TMPIN2 is CPU socket it makes sense, because both of those blue heatsinks had normal amount of thermal paste on them, while processor had little thermal paste... Thanks again!
