The motherboard does not support the Phenom II x4 965.

The Cooler Master power supply is low quality; you can get something better without spending much more.

Other than that it looks reasonable. It would play games like WoW and LoL fine. You could dial the details all the way up in LoL with that build, though WoW at ultra is probably a bit too much.
