Sync your contacts with GMail from your iPhone, then sync with GMail on your Android / Symbian devices.

Gmail would be the easiest and fastest way. You could also back everything up to iCloud and then export a vcard and then import it into your Gmail address book from a browser.

Follow this tutorial and use the iTunes method. Once you have your iPhone contacts to Gmail, you can bring it almost anywhere.

I would suggest you use icloud to export your contacts in iPhone as a cvs format file. It can be import to any where. For android, I would suggest you use google account to export contacts as a vcard file format.
Of course, if you found this is complicate, you transfer a third party tool. Follow the below guide to do that.

Hii Tai, The iPhone’s Contacts app allows you to manually share contacts — one at a time — to another device. Open the Contacts app and select a contact. From the contact info page, scroll down and select Share Contact. You can share the contact either as Email or Message.
Sadly, you can only share one contact at a time. It would take some time if you have hundreds or thousands of contacts to be shared.
