More about 500w psu corsaircx500 configs
  1. Putting a 7870 with an amd APU is going to bottleneck your graphics card. The APU's do not have good processor preformance compared to a real CPU. If going socket AM3 go pile driver ie 6350 or 8350

AMD is good, but get a FX6350 i.e. instead, and a compatible mobo offcourse. You'll get better performance. The psu is enough but if you're planning on going crossfire you might want to get a bit higher instead.

i wont be crossfiring it anytime soon but if i do i will change the psu...and thanks for the advise on the cpu , i will take it into consideration .thankya :) i hope the psu wattage will be enough
  5. Well if you dont then youll be using only half your gpu making it a waste of investment

500w is plenty for that set up, if you get that corsair at least.
