Too many fans to choose from online. It's the front fan on my Cooler Master Storm Enforcer, would prefer a red LED... 1x200mm

The best fans I have found are from Cougar. Great cfm, low noise and quality build.

Managed to get it working again by wobbling the connectors, but it has a pretty significant knock to it... There is quite a bit of dust. Was going to pull it out and clean it, I have some bearing lubricant would that be sufficient for oiling it?

Dust? Dust impacts greatly on a PC, you should periodically clean out the PC if it is in a dust-prone area otherwise try vacuuming your room once in a while..

Any dust on the fins creates an imbalance and may cause the fan to stop working or spin erratically therefore impacting on its performance on the product it is cooling. Your CPU might be in danger of frying if you do not take care of your PC properly.

You need to wipe the fins clean of dust and muck (holdong each fin as you do), try to make sure you do not spin the fan in the opposing direction as it might also cause the fan to become "unscrewed". Fans, generally, only spin in one direction, they do have a small reverse action but don't actually spin 360 in reverse....

Oiling could be helpful or detrimental, if the fan uses ball bearing then it's fine but if it is thread bearing, it might clog it up.

Wobbling connectors - that seems rather like you have the wrong connector on the wrong connection.

No, I have it all threaded through the back of my motherboard and excess cable tucked anywhere I could to make it cleaner, was trying to get the front fascia off the case a little while back (has one tab behind the drive bays that's near impossible to get to...) and it must've pulled on it and unplugged it a little bit, when I meant wobbly I meant not clicked into place... I managed to clean out the filter and the fan blades, and put it back in flush, the filter was pulling up and clipping the fan every couple of revolutions making that noise I was hearing... Alot cooler now that it has four fans instead of the three.

and I do clean, I take a cloth to the inside of everything every couple weeks and I vaccuum once a week lol, I have cats and a dog so it gets pretty hairy...

If the cable is too taut, it's straining to stay plugged in, you may have to do away with that extra fan.
Also consider putting the desktop PC on top of the desk rather than in an area that is prone to hairy dust!
