i recently Changed my motherboard and CPU and all the drivers are installed.

However, the computer starts up slower than when I had my HDD.
The SSD is not faulty because before I changed my MOBO, the computer boots up in 10-13 seconds flat.
Now it takes about 2-3x that speed.
Another problem I noticed is that it lags when I spam press the start button on the left side of the screen.

Thank you in advance

No, I did not.
Is that a must?
I would like to not to this step, unless I can reinstall windows without backing up and saving everything? (Reinstalled windows/drivers twice this month troubleshooting so I would like to avoid this tedious process lol)

Thanks for the reply.
