I have a vpc-z1190x with raid ssd 128 gig + 64 gig. One has gone bad. I have a Crucial CT256M4SSDS (Crucial m4 256GB, SATA 6Gb/s mSATA SSD) that I would like to install in place of the bad 64 gig unit or both. But need an adapter/cable that would work to enable me to use this Crucial drive. A Sony replacement is out of the question as they list for over $1300. At present, laptop s unusable because the c drive was the 64 gig & without it there are no drive letters on the 128 drive (which is divided into two 64 gigs in Raid configuration) so I cannot reformat or restore & no way to assign a drive letter to them.
Thanks,
John Mark

why would you raid a 128gb ssd with a 64gb? you still end up with 128gb...
I think maybe you had ssd caching an HDD and replaced the hdd with a 128gb sata drive. Might I be correct? If so then the 64gb would be an msata drive

I doubt you would get a regular sized ssd to fit in the space of the 64gb one plus I dont know of any adapters to change the msata port to a full sata size and still have room to fit the ssd in a laptop.
