You'll need to have the laptop plugged into a power outlet to be sure that your dedicated card is being used rather than integrated graphics, but yes, you should be able to play no problem. I can't comment as to what quality level you'll be able to play because I'm not terribly familiar with laptop GPUs, but you have a very powerful laptop and I don't see any reason you should not be able to run it.
