which mother board is better as rock LGA1155 Intel Z77 pro 4 or MSI LGA1155 Intel Z77

i need help chooseing a mother board between this 2 MSI LGA1155 Intel Z77 its cheaper 84$ or the AS Rock LGA1155 Intel Z77 pro 4 104$ or is there another mother board better then these 2 ill spend no more then 120. which of these 2 are best or are they the same and is there one thats better and cost about the same/specs....i
ntel i5 3570k
radeon 7950 gigabyte..
patriot viper extreme gaming series.
Rosewill Xtreme Series 750W 80 PLUS Certified..
Antec Kuhler H2O 620 Liquid CPU Cooler System...
windows 7... and will these parts all be compatible and will it bottleneck

The asrock would be better for overclocking which is what you appear to want to do. Very popular board with good results and a good price.

Comments:

Any particular reason you are wanting to water cool? A Hyper 212 EVO will give you all the cooling you need without having to worry about a pump breakdown.

The 7950 will only pull ~150w - that 750w psu is overkill IMO. Even if you plan to go xfire, 600-650w would be all you need.

You should not see any bottlenecks on either side.

As said above, you can safe some on your PSU and on the watercooler that really is not great and HEAVILY overpriced, the Hyper 212 EWVO will equal it in performance AT LEAST and its only like 30$.
