Port Forwarding not working

So my port forwarding stopped working when the layout for forwarding a port on my router changed. I think i got the right settings. But when i go to: canyouseeme.org to test the port It doesn't work.

My firewalls are off and my isp is not blocking any ports. I don't know what to do!

If I understand your router right, you have set to send AND receive at port 21.

Even if you receive packets for port 21, you usually do not send packets to the same port on the other client, but send to another port >1024.

In other words, try with local port 21, and external port "anything".
