PCI Wireless Adapter issues

I recently built a new PC, and swapped over my Wireless Adapter from my old one. The adapter is a netis WF-2117, which was working in my old build completely fine, no issues. In my new build, however, it cannot discover any wireless networks until the Win. 7 troubleshooter resets the adapter. After that, it shows networks, but when I try to connect to one (the password I enter is correct), it says "unable to connect to [network name]". Then, after a couple more tries, all the networks disappear again. Does anybody have any suggestions to solving this issue? (The drivers are up to date, and the Power LED is turned on while the LNK/ACT LED is off - this used to be lit on my old build).

Have you tried the card in another slot. Could be Irq or memory range issue in the new build. Look in the mb guild see what devices are sharing that slots Irq.
