ATI Radeon 4800 Drivers wont update and I'm to dumb to figure it out.

I'm trying to update my graphics card, it's an ATI Radeon 4800 Series for windows 7, I've tried the Catalyst installation but in the end it says this:

Packages for install
AMD Display Driver
Final Status: Fail
Version of Item: 8.970.100.7000
Size: 90 Mbytes

HDMI/DP Audio Driver
Final Status: Fail
Version of Item:
Size: 1 Mbytes

I want to update them because they're due for it, but I'm really not sure what else to do. I'm not very experienced with computers either so that makes this extra difficult. I've tried updating my windows and then doing it, I've tried running it as an administrator but that still gave me the same results. I'm not sure what to do. If you can help me a bit better please do so! Either on here or email, REMOVED.

  1. Delete the old drivers and catalyst. Clear the registry with this :

Then restart and try installing the driver again. Make sure you have the correct version. Windows 7 64 bit or 32 bit. Make sure you get the CORRECT ONE!
