You can upgrade it if you get an AGP slot card but I would recommend not doing that. Current standard for video interface to the motherboard is the PCIe slot. You would gain a lot more by going with a completely new system. That motherboard is really old and uses Intel P4 Socket 478 CPU's and doesn't even support the PCIe interface.
