Case Fans- Quiet and cheap?

Is there such thing as fans that are fairly quiet and cheap? As in, like, sub-$10 cheap? I'd need them to be 120mm..... Can you guys give me some links? I'm not looking for any special options or anything, just quietness.

my personal favorite is deepcool's windblade. it's cheap and good, try it, go to a store and ask them to test it.
if i convert... is around $5-6
those are 120mm i think, not sure if they have 140, i could be wrong though
