Ok, so I'm building a computer now and shopping around for parts. I decided to go with 16gb (8gb x 2) instead of 8gb (4gb x 2). I am waiting for the release of the i5-4670k and GTX 770, so in the meantime I am just trying to find good deals.
I was looking for memory that was 1600mhz speed with good timings. I came these and don't see a difference justifying the $25 price difference. Can anyone shed some light?

The only real difference I see is the heatsink.
Secondly, would 1.5v be the best bet for a Haswell MB?
