Upgrade GPU to something a little more powerful. (Gtx 1070, 1080, Amd Radeon Rx Vega 64, etc.)
16 GB Ram would be useful, but not necessary.
You can upgrade CPU and Cooler a little, but again not necessary.
Don't buy an OS from the website; you can get a disk to burn into a flashdrive on ebay for like 15-20 dollars.
Get a gold power supply; you can get a Gold 550 W for around 50.
Get a better motherboard, if it not compatible according to pc part picker. I would recommend https://pcpartpicker.com/product/39hj4D/asrock-z370-pro4-atx-lga1151-motherboard-z370-pro4.
