Google redirecting to wrong page!

Google keeps redirecting me today to wrong page. Its one of previous pages I looked at and it just same one then keeps coming up every time I press new link :( I can go out of google and start again and go to page I wanted to go previously and it will work but after few pages it starts again. Is this virus? Run Norton nothing changed. Restarted. Uploaded google toolbar thought maybe its just not updated or something like that. But nothing. Used CCleaner. Still nothing.

Look in add remove programs for any new tool bars. If there none there try running malware byte scan. If nothing try running a norton rescue cd or avg from a boot cd or boot USB stick. If it a bad virus it may in normal mode of windows hide itself. May want try the virus scans in safe mode.

This sounds like a browser redirect virus to me. Bad deals. The problem is even after you remove the virus responsible it will still probably continue doing the browser redirecting. I almost never reinstall Windows on a computer unnecessarily, but when I have had these come up in the past that is usually what I end up doing for sake of time and ease to actually fix the redirections.
