There are no windows 7 drivers for that. The audio chip ALC655 AC'97 only has driver support up to Windows XP. You can try installing that driver in compatibility mode, and it very well may work. Your other options would be a cheap sound card (or even a usb sound card) or downgrading to windows xp.
